SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

SMS messages are sent by ezForge AI, LLC from the toll-free number +1 (866) 729-8252. Messages relate to your ezForge Platform account, including deployment notifications, billing alerts, security alerts, and platform status updates.

You provide consent to receive SMS messages from ezForge AI, LLC when you create an ezForge account and supply a mobile phone number. The sign-up form contains the following disclosure:

"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications from ezForge AI, LLC regarding your account and platform activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time."

Providing a phone number and accepting this disclosure constitutes your written consent to receive SMS messages.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. You may receive messages when deployments complete or fail, when billing events occur, or when security alerts are triggered. Typical usage is 0–5 messages per week, though activity spikes (e.g., many deployments in a short period) may result in more messages.

ezForge AI, LLC does not charge for SMS messages. However, your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. You can also manage your notification preferences from your account settings in the ezForge dashboard.

To opt back in after opting out, reply START to the same number or update your notification preferences in the dashboard.
